Mentoring Class

Equipping the believers for the end time harvest is our mission!

Jesus trained His disciples and at DeGraw Ministries we are passionate about mentoring, discipling and training and equipping people for their own ministry. Training and equipping people starts with mentoring.

In this class

Learn the difference between an accountability partner and a mentor.
Learn how to be a mentor and what to look for in a mentor.
Receive a list of questions to guide you through your meeting and have all your questions answered.
Learn that mentoring should build up on both sides of the relationship. If you are mentoring someone it should make you feel edified. Mentoring is most productive when it is Spirit led. Learn how to know if the Lord is calling the two of you together.
Learn how to keep on track while mentoring, learn the format of your time together, what you should discuss and how to stay on track. You don’t want your mentoring sessions to be fellowship time!
Be equipped to train others, look for potential mentors and have many other questions answered which will help you build up the body of Christ.

We allow people to be discipled and minister with us and afterward they can volunteer and assist in our ministry or we help establish them for their own ministry. We are also in the process of establishing a ministry school where we establish ministries and umbrella them and ordain people into ministry.
